Poland offers two main intakes for international students:

most courses.
Spring Intake (February): Application period from October to January; limited

Tuition Fees & Living Costs

● Tuition fees range from €2,000 to €4,500 per year for undergraduate and
postgraduate courses.
● Medical and health-related programs generally cost between €8,000 and €14,000
per year.

Language Proficiency Requirements – IELTS / English MOI

● Most programs require an IELTS score of 6 to 6.5 overall.

Standardized Tests

● Generally, SAT, ACT, GRE, or GMAT are not required for admission.

Submit applications: Apply online during the respective intake application
windows.
Prepare documents: Include passport, transcripts, IELTS/MOI, CV, SOP, LORs,
proof of funds, and accommodation details.
Pay application fee: If applicable, varies by institution.
Admission results: Typically released 1–3 months after application deadlines.
Apply for visa/residence permit: After admission, submit application via Polish
embassy or consulate.
Arrive in Poland: Students may enter up to one month before classes begin.

Poland Student Visa – Requirements & Documents

Visa application fee: Approximately €60–€100, depending on the consulate.
Service fees: May apply for visa processing centers.
Proof of financial support: Demonstrate sufficient funds (~€400/month) to cover
living costs.

Student residence permits in Poland are usually valid for the duration of the program. Students can work part-time during studies (usually up to 20 hours/week).
