Tuition Fees & Living Costs
● Undergraduate Tuition: €9,000 – €20,000 per year

Language Proficiency Requirements – IELTS / TOEFL
● Undergraduate: IELTS 6.0 – 6.5 / TOEFL iBT 80–90

● Many universities also accept PTE Academic, Duolingo, or MOI certificates.
Standardized Tests
● Undergraduate: No SAT/ACT required (admission based on high school grades).

Application Process & Timeline
1. 12–15 months before intake: Research programs via CAO (for UG) and university
portals (for PG).
2. Prepare Documents: Passport, transcripts, IELTS/TOEFL, SOP, LORs, CV.
3. Submit Applications:
○ Undergraduate: via Central Applications Office (CAO).
○ Postgraduate: directly through university websites.
4. Receive Offer Letter: Conditional/unconditional.
5. Accept Offer & Pay Fees: Secure admission with initial tuition deposit.
6. Apply for Student Visa (Type D Study Visa) via Irish Immigration Service.
Ireland Student Visa – Requirements & Documents

● Visa Fee: €60 (single entry) / €100 (multiple entry)

Work While Studying & Post-Graduation
● During Studies: Students can work 20 hours/week during term and 40
hours/week during holidays.
● After Graduation (Third Level Graduate Scheme):
○ Stay back 24 months (Master’s/PhD) or 12 months (Bachelor’s) to find work.
○ Transition to an employment permit or apply for permanent residence after employment.
